Pringle of Scotland offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items, ensuring your luxury knitwear meets our exacting standards of quality and fit. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed returns form inside the shipping box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
